Reindeer Cupcakes

These reindeer cupcakes are sure to “sleigh” the holiday treat game this winter. Add a fun twist to any dinner with cupcakes. Even Santa will ask for this for Christmas.

Ingredients:

Chocolate or vanilla cupcakes (12)

Pretzels (24)

Chocolate icing

White and black gel icing (to decorate)

Nilla wafer cookies (12)

Red and brown M&Ms (6 of each color)

Yields: 12 reindeer cupcakes (about 250 calories per cupcake)

Directions:

1. Ice the cupcakes evenly in a swirl formation.

2. Place two pretzels at the top for antlers.

3. Place a Nilla wafer at the bottom of the cupcake.

4. With the white gel icing, make two medium sized dots and then place two smaller black dots to form eyes.

5. Place a dot of any color icing on the upper half of the Nilla wafer cookie and stick on a brown or red M&M for the nose.
